Shipping & Returns

We ship orders to virtually every country in the world. Orders including products that are all in stock will be shipped within two business day. Below you'll find the shipping methods currently on offer. Please note that not all shipping methods are available for all products or to all countries.


SAL Economy Shipping

Tracking Number It does not include tracking number and tracking information.
Note Packages shipped via SAL Economy Shipping are shipped "as is" without tracking or insurance. Once a package has left our offices, liability for successful shipment is assumed by JP Post and your country's local postal service or shipping provider. Any complaints or claims should be filed with your local postal provider.

EMS - EXPRESS MAIL

Duties & taxes

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Japan. When it arrives in your country, your order may be subject to customs duties, duties and VAT. These costs are not included in the product price. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Return, exchange and order cancellation

No cancellation caused by customers would be accepted.No return and exchange would be accepted. Returns and exchanges are only possible if you received the wrong product, or if the product is damaged or defective.Please contact us through the Enquiry form on the site within 10 days. If you return the products to Japan without prior notice, no reimbursement would be made. Reimbursements could take as long as 2 months. The payment will be made to your credit card, Paypal. Please be aware that a difference in the invoice of credit card amount and reimbursement amount may occur at the time of settlement resulting from exchange gain or loss. We cannot be held responsible for return demand.
